I'm home with both kids today, for the obvious reason shown below:
We've learned that trash cans double well as puke buckets. Lily needed one last night, and Aaron's been complaining of a stomachache, though no evidence yet (GOOD!). Neither one of them have fevers. Lily seems fine today, but you never know. The nasty flu bug has been going around at her daycare, so I didn't want to take any chances. We rented a ton of movies since we're home today and we're supposed to get snow/ice/freezing rain starting tonight. YIKES! Maybe Roy won't have to work tomorrow?? Not likely, it would have to be pretty bad to shut down businesses.
Hope you all are nice and warm! We had 1 gorgeous spring-like day this week, and then it turned cold again. I think it was up to mid-50's! That's Iowa for you, can't predict the weather, any time of year.
